The present Organization, Management, and Control Model (OMCM or Model) of ROMARS S.R.L. has been drafted in accordance with Articles 6 and 7 of Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001.<\/p>\n

The adoption of the Model was first approved by the Company’s Board of Directors through a resolution on February 3, 2025, and it is implemented through its gradual implementation by the same Board of Directors and the Supervisory Body.<\/p>\n

The Model constitutes the managerial reference designed to serve as the tool for the prevention of criminal offenses as provided for by the aforementioned Legislative Decree No. 231\/2001.<\/p>\n
